Below you will find a list of the tours we organize before, during and after the congress. You will also find them on the online form, which you should use to register your interest for organizational reasons.
Please select the tours you are interested in. Please also indicate how many people you are bringing with you (the other people in the group do not need to complete this form).
This is not the booking of the tour(s). Your selection gives us an indication of how many people would like to take part in the tours and enables the organizer to provide sufficient means of transport etc. for the tours.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will not take place. If the number of participants exceeds the maximum number, we will try to organize an additional tour. If this is not possible, the principle of "first come, first served" applies.
During the congress as well as 3 days before and 3 days after the congress, a tour desk will be available at the Marriott Hotel where you can finalize and pay for your booking.

1 - Greg Safaris Plantation Tour - 19 & 20 November 2024
Duration: 4 hours. November 19th or November 20th. Minimum number of participants: 4, maximum: 60.
Description: On this unique 4*4 drive of discovery and intrigue, look forward to exploring the lush interior mountains of beautiful St. Kitts on board one of our specially modified land rover defenders equipped with open sides and forward facing, tiered seating, to be taught about our island 300 year association with the production of sugar, rum and molasses. Exotic island picnic included.

2 - St. Kitts Scenic Railway
Duration: 3 hours. Dates have to be fixed. Minimum number of participants: 20, maximum: 120.
Description: A tour on the 18-mile narrow gauge train on the tracks that once carried sugar cane from the island’s plantation to the central sugar factory. Immerse yourself in the cultural and culinary delights of the island onboard, then take the 12 mile bus tour back to the station, making a complete island tour.

4 - S.E. Peninsula Beach Trip
Duration: 4 hours. Daily. Minimum number of participants: 4.
Description: Picturesque drive through the South-East Peninsula to one of the beaches at the end of the island where you can look over at the sister island of Nevis. Rent beach chairs with umbrellas, just lie on the beach, and enjoy culinary delights and drinks at one the of beach bars.

6 - Catamaran Cruise to Nevis
Duration: 6 hours. Dates booked according to interest. Minimum number of participants: 20, maximum: 240.
Description: Sail the beautiful coast of St. Kitts to a secluded cove for snorkeling, then sail over to Nevis to the famous Pinneys Beach and have a Killer Bee at the famous Sunshine’s.
