🔴 Every person (members and non-members) who would like to attend the XXXI BPW International Congress, must submit this registration form individually; accompanying persons can be registered with the person they are accompanying.

 

Please fill in the registration form and click on "Send" below. You will immediately see a thank you page confirming that your registration has been received by BPW International. For registration with cash payment see Please Note.

 

You will also immediately receive an e-mail with your registration confirmation to the e-mail address you provided in the form. 

 

🔴 Please keep this email with your registration confirmation, print it out and bring it with you to present at the registration desk in St. Kitts.

> Ticket Shop

Complete your registration by buying your tickets at the Ticket Shop.  

Pay by credit card or bank transfer.

 

🔴 Cash payment* on site is only possible upon justified request. All tickets must be paid for before the start of the congress.

(see Please Note below.).

 

🔴 All tickets have a barcode that is scanned when you enter the congress; no admission without a ticket with a barcode.

  • If you pay by credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail with a link to the receipt and a link to the tickets. Donwload both. Keep both in a safe place and print out the tickets or upload them to the wallet on your smartphone.
  • If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive the email with the links once the amount has been credited to BPW International's bank account. Download ticket(s) and receipt. Keep both in a safe place and print out the tickets or upload them to the wallet on your smartphone.

Cash payment upon justified request only: Use the online form Registration with request for cash payment, where you have to provide the following information:

 

Justification - Justification for the cash payment in your specific case. 
Currency - Let us know whether you would like to make your cash payment in EUR or USD.

Declaration - Binding declaration that you will pay this amount in cash in St. Kitts.

BPW International will inform you as soon as possible whether your request has been accepted. The date and time of receipt of the application e-mail determine the Early Bird, Standard or Late price category. Please understand that BPW International bears the risk for all costs arising from the order with cash payment. Cash payment will therefore only be accepted in exceptional cases.

VISA

BPW International President's Office will provide invitation letters to request for Visa. These letters will be for members only. 

Please mail to presidents.office@bpw-international.org with a copy of your passport and the indication of the name of your BPW Club. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation fee is charged in percentage of total registration fee. 🔴 We recommend that you obtain travel insurance.

  1. If you cancel prior to 31 September 2024, the cancellation fee is 25% 
  2. If you cancel between 1 October and 31 October 2024, the cancellation fee is 50% 
  3. No refund for cancellation from 1 November 2024 onward.Â
